This “Terms of Use” governs the relationship of Riddlock Information Systems Private Limited ("Riddlock") with its users who view, access and use its website 'www.riddlock.com', progressive web app (PWA) and/or mobile app 'Riddlock' ("Products"). For the purpose of this Terms Of Use, 'we', 'us' and 'our' refers to Riddlock, 'you' and 'your' refers to you as the user of our Products, and 'data' refers to your data, pictures, video files, audio files, documents, messages and all other information you may enter into our Products. By using the Products, you agree to the Terms of Use listed here and as amended from time to time. In case you disagree partly or in whole, you must not use our Products.
Our Products may be used by people of all age groups. You must however review the existing and future laws in your home country relating to cyber security, data privacy and children's privacy protection. Riddlock on its part does not ask for your name, identity or profile information.
Riddlock does all it can to ensure security, but it cannot guarantee it at all times. In this endeavor, it needs your awareness and commitment to the rules listed below:

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy-Policy to know our mechanisms as well as limitations in protecting your identity and data. As the privacy policy may change any time in future, it will be your responsibility to keep checking it regularly.
As we ask others to respect our intellectual property rights, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material in our Products violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify us immediately. We will respond to such notices, and if deemed necessary, remove the infringing material and/or disable all links to the infringing material. In the case of a user who may infringe or repeatedly infringes the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Riddlock or others, we may in our discretion, terminate or deny access to and use of our Products to that user. In the case of such termination, we will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to us and shall be under no liability for such acts of infringement by such users against such intellectual property owner.
Riddlock and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Products are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riddlock or Riddlock’s licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with Riddlock may be the trademarks of other third parties, used with their express permission in this regard. Your use of our Products grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any Riddlock or third-party trademarks or their other intellectual properties.
Riddlock may need to interrupt your access to our Products to perform maintenance or emergency services on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. You agree that your access to our Products may be affected by unanticipated or unscheduled downtime, for any reason, but that Riddlock shall have no liability for any damages or loss caused as a result such downtime.
We can suspend or terminate the operations of any or all our Products at any time as part of a general shutdown of our services. We may suspend or terminate your access to all or any part of our Products at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Products or delete your account. The provisions relating to termination, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability shall survive the termination of this Terms of Use. We will be under no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid by you.
Our Products are provided ‘as-is’, without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Riddlock and its suppliers, licensors and affiliate companies hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Riddlock nor its suppliers and licensors, make any warranty that our Products will be perpetually available or available at all or will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. Further, Riddlock or its suppliers/licensors do not warrant that the information contained in our Products is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
You represent and warrant that (i) your use and access of our Products will be in strict accordance with our Privacy-Policy, with this Terms of Use and with all applicable laws and regulations (including without limitation any local laws or regulations in your country, state, city, or other governmental area, regarding online conduct and acceptable content, and including all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported in the country in which you reside) and (ii) your use of our Products will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual property rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riddlock, its contractors, licensors and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of use or access of our Products, including but not limited to violation of present terms.
In no event will Riddlock, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement or substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; (iv) for any amounts that increase the fees paid by you to Riddlock; or (v) for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of your data. Riddlock shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond our reasonable control.
Without prejudice to Riddlock's rights under these terms and conditions, in the event of any breach of these Terms Of Use by you in any way, we may take any/all such action as it deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspension of your access to our Products, prohibiting you from accessing them, blocking computers using your IP address from access to our Products, contacting your internet service provider requesting them to block your access to our Products and/or bringing court proceedings against you including but not limiting to enforcement of our rights under law and equity along claim of with damages and compensation.
We reserve the sole right to modify any part of Terms of Use (this document), and it is your responsibility to check it periodically for changes. You agree that all modifications to this Terms of Use will be in full force and effect immediately upon posting them in our Products and such modifications will replace any prior version of this Terms of Use.
This Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between us at Riddlock and you the user concerning the subject matter hereof, and may only be modified by the posting by Riddlock of a revised version. This Terms of Use, any access to or use of our Products will be governed by the laws of the Republic of India, excluding its conflict of law provisions, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. A waiver by either party of any term or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof.
